Appointments can be booked online up to 2  hours prior to the appointment time. For last minute appointments and availability inquiries, please give us a call at the studio at 403.688.4999

Please be advised that to cancel any appointment we require a 24  hours notice to avoid being charged the cancelation fee. 

Our Cancelation Policy:

For all appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or should the appointment be “skipped”, you will be charged the full amount of that service you were booked in for.

Credit cards will be requested at time of booking to hold your reservation.

For groups of more than 4 we require 72 hours’ notice for cancellations.
