
Debbie decided to change Careers in 2015 after an extensive Administrative Career in Oil and Gas. Looking for a way to help people and for a work life balance, her search led her to Massage Therapy. Debbie has always believed in Health and Wellness throughout her lifetime, whether it involved teaching fitness classes, staying active or educating herself with Nutrition. She recently completed a Traumatic Brain Injury course, to help her clients that suffer with Post Concussion Symptoms.
Massage can provide such a Healing effect. Her massage entails working with the body and listening to what it needs. Her massages can be a combination of Swedish, trigger point and a bit of deep tissue, which allows the body to let go of everyday tension, while calming down the nervous system. She listens to your needs and will provide an individualized treatment suited best for you.
Being raised in BC & having a love for the mountains, she spent many hours on her days off coming out to the mountains.
She eventually made the decision to make the move in 2017 and call the beautiful Bow Valley Home. She has been working for Wildflower since 2020.
She loves mountain biking , kayaking, paddle boarding, x country skiing and hiking. When not working, you can find her outside guiding her friends and family on all sorts of fun adventures!
