I have been teaching young children for the past 20 years and I observe their joy, struggles, resilience and openness towards life each day. As I wish to support their growth in life, I also reflect how we can maintain our youthful exuberance and health during our lives to experience lifelong physical, mental and spiritual well-being. My journey started from this curiosity and my own physical challenges that led me to learn and experience different healing modalities. After a back injury 10 years ago, I knew that my healing had to be supported by my own practices. I studied aromatherapy, became a Reiki Master and Qigong practice group leader.
As my health improved by my own holistic practices, I became interested in reflexology to help others achieve better health and well-being. I have studied facial reflexology and received my international certificate as a Dien Chan Zone operator from the Italian AIRFI Academy. In Canada, I trained with Dien Chan Multireflexology and Chan’beaute reflex therapy. Learning about the health and body became my passion and I wanted to explore different reflexology methods. I have trained as a foot reflexology therapist in Calgary. I became a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist with the Reflexology Association of Canada. I find reflexology therapy very helpful and effective method either to support general health, reducing the effects of stress, or to enhance our natural beauty. In addition to foot and facial reflexology for adults, I also provide reflexology for children and teach the caregivers how to use this gentle method at home. When I am not researching new ideas about Keto cooking, I enjoy making raw chocolates and creating my own beauty products.
