We are calling them ReCalibration Sessions because Christina, our yoga instructor, has such a powerful and diverse background and set of skills that these sessions go way beyond just yoga.
ReCalibration Sessions
A one-on-one Recalibration session offers guidance to design the perfect program that meets the needs of your mind, body and spirit. We will blend the studies of movement, breath work, meditation, nervous system health, neurosensory exercises together to discover the mind-body-environment connection.
We really can’t go on this journey alone. It takes support. I’ve put the steps in place so it doesn’t have to be confusing, scary or overwhelming. I invite you to discover for yourself the power of nervous system regulation and healing at this core level. ⠀
